For this recent event, we designed a fully immersive culinary journey—blending roaming bites, elevated stations, and a show-stopping dessert finale.

A Menu Designed for Connection & Luxury

Roaming Bites That Spark Conversation

We began the event with roaming savory cones, a modern and elegant way to greet guests while keeping the atmosphere lively and social. Our savory cones were filled with Triple Cream Brie Mousse and topped with our house-made lavender truffle honey, fig jam, or guava jam.

Our savory cones were served alongside our tray-passed appetizers:

  • Watermelon poke

  • Chicken croquettes

  • Grilled ocean prawns

Signature Interactive Stations

Interactive stations are where guest experience truly comes to life. For this event, we curated two globally inspired culinary activations:

Signature Tostada Bar

Guests customized their own tostadas, choosing between our Moroccan chicken on a blue corn tostada or our Moroccan-spiced oyster mushrooms on a rice crisp (perfect for gluten free and vegan guests!), paired alongside our Masala roasted beets.

Latin-Inspired Station

A celebration of coastal and Latin flavors, this station featured our striped seabass with coconut-jicama slaw, served with our charred Peruvian corn salad with grilled corn, cotija cheese, lime, smoked paprika, and fresh herbs.

A Show-Stopping Dessert Experience

To end the evening, guests gathered around an interactive, chef-attended dessert station—a true highlight of the night.

Chefs prepared cheesecake brûlée to order, finished with:

  • Passion fruit curd

  • Pineapple confit

  • Coconut snow

  • Fresh micro basil
